http receive function sample errors

| HTTP Receive function has been giving me grief for awhile now...
I have just installed BizTalk 2004. Followed the instructions exactly
to get the HTTPRequestResponse sample running, including setting the
Identity to a user with proper permissions in Component Services / COM
+ . However, after submitting the /RequestResponse/Default.aspx form,
I have received the 'Unable to complete web request. Web Exception
error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.' error.
I was trying to run the HTTP Receive function with BizTalk 2002
earlier, and could not get it to run either. I configured the virtual
directory, gave it executable permissions, ran 'Run www service in IIS
5.0' mode in IIS in order to set the Isolation mode to high and then
set the right Identity settings in Component Services / Com +. After
submitting the asp form, I got the Internal Server 500 error..
What am I missing?
I would really appreciate your help. I should be able to get it to
run, the file receive function works fine!

| Have you added a web service extension for your BTSHTTPReceive.dll file?
