Configuring MSMQT: Access is Denied

I'm following the BizTalk 2004 tutorials and got stuck in Configuring the MSMQ Transport Adapter. I get this error:

Creation of Adapter MSMQT Configuration entries failed.
Access is denied.

I encountered a similar error earlier during deployment of the Orchestration project; what I did was I made my login (w/c is a local, domain and enterprise admin) a member of the BizTalk Server Administrators group and all went well. But right now, I'm re
ally stumped on this problem. Please help. Thanks =)
