This is my configuration problem, once BTS2004 RTM was installed the wizard configuration executes, in this I set up all the necesary thing for BTS, but almost reaching the end of configuration I've got a problem:
"Infopath Templates cannot be uploading to BAS Site"
Is the first time I've got this error, any help will be greatefull, Thanks a lot

| There are two common reasons for the error:
1) The password for the application pool assinged to run Windows SharePoint
Services (WSS) site is wrong. So configuration wizard fails to upload the
template to the web site. In this case, you need first correct the password
for the application pool using Internet Information Services Manager.
2) Configuration wizard fails to map the machine name to the IP address
when it do HTTP operation. To resolve this problem, add an entry to map
your name to the correct IP address in Host file, which is located at
%WINDIR%\system32\drivers\etc folder.
Thanks,
