An unexpected end of list (EOL)

| I get this message each time I attempt to expand the Biztalk Server under Console Root in the MMC:
An unexpected end of list (EOL) for the "MicrosoftBizTalkServer_Group" class enumeration has been reached.
Was wondering if someone else has seen this and what you did to resolve it. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

| YOu might want to try the following:
1. Stop and start the WMI service on the Biztalk box.
2. It looks like it may be permission related in particular to the BTM
database. If your SQL database is remote to the biztlak box, then you might
want to run SQL profiler trace and then open up the Biztalk MMC to see
what user is actually used to access the database. Then be sure to grant
admin permissions on the SQL database./
3. Was the biztalk server installed via terminal services??

| Thanks for responding, Basil. The installation was done locally and we do hop to another SQL box. Are you aware of exactly what permissions are required on the DB? I just granted select access to Interchange BTM but that didn't seem to do anything...

| For anyone experiencing this issue....create a SQL group and include LAN ID's...give datareader access also give execute permissions on all stored procedures under the DB. That resolved it. Again, thanks for responding, Basil!
