I am using BTS 2002. I have a simple file receive function that goes to a
simple Channel/Port that calls a simple AIC COM component that then should
use soap to call my WebService. I have actually got the COM component to run
a couple of times but now it justs throws it to the retry queue with the No
Processing Server error message what the heck is going on here?????????????

I am guessing you are past this now, but in case you are not ...

No processing server is not an error. It just means that we are not
currently working on it since the retry interval has not been hit. Use the
eventviewer application log to see the actual error. The fact that you are
in the retry queue means that your AIC through an error back to our engine.
If the error in the eventlog is not enough (we simply report what is
returned by your AIC), you would need to debug your AIC.
