BizTalk Server - Cannot configure Biztalk Base EDI service

Cannot configure Biztalk Base EDI service

Hi,
I have windows 2003 server running as my Domain controller. I have
sharepoint and sharepoint services running on the same box. I was able
to install Biztalk Server 2004 on this machine but while configuring I
get the following error
"No mapping between account names and security IDs was done." for the
Biztalk Base EDI Service.

I have given administrator rights for both Base EDI service and the
Host Instance Service.

Can anyone please help me in solving this problem.
