How can i find if BT02 have or not the SP 1 installed?

Check:

HOWTO: Determine the Version or Service Pack of BizTalk Server That Is
Installed

Or you can check the registry key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Biztalk Server\1.0\ProductVersion

It will be 3.00.2023 for BTS2002 sp1
