Error trying to use biztalk web service publish wizard

I get the following error

[system.runtime.interopservices.comexception] interface not registered

when I Set my project location and click next in the web service publish
wizard.

Hi,

I've seen cases where this error is caused if some of the components in
Visual Studio are not properly registered. Please run the Visual studio
setup and choose the Repair option and see if this resolves the problem.
