This Disassembler cannot retrieve document specification by using this name

.... I'm really stuck on this one. Following are the conditions:

1) I have the schema deployed
2) Schema has empty target namespace - this is required by sending party and
cannot be changed
3) I'm using custom pipeline component with XML dissasembler with specified
Document schemas property to avoid schema collision when having more than
single schema with same namespace/rootelement combination

Anyone facing this scenario (empty target space+multiple schemas with same
root element & namespaces) ??
