BizTalk Engine Error

While submitting the document to BizTalk, I am getting the following error.
Please help.

An attempt to connect to "BizTalkMgmtDb" SQL Server database on server
"EC4SHELL127814" failed with error: "Login failed for user 'NT
AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE'.".
