can not create Channel on BizTalk2002 at Winxp pro

I installed Biztalk2002 on my laptop running WinXP Pro succefully. When
I try to create the channel, I get error: The Channel could not be
saved. Error 0x80040154:Class not registered.

Any ideals will be appreciated.
