Hi

I have just started with Biztalk and i want to use orchestration as web
service.
I am not able to see Web Services Publishing Wizard in Tools menu of VS.Net
2003.

I am working on VS.Net 2003 and Biztalk 2004.I do not have Sharepoint on my
machine.

is it because of Access rights or do i need to install some other software?

Look in your start menu / msft biztalk server 2004
