BizTalk Server - BizTalk 2000 Error

I have Win 2000 Server and just tried BizTalk 2000 Server -- with a number of
errors going into the Orch. Designer. Error one was:
modUICustomization.CustomizeUIMenus Error #: -2147467259.

Does anyone have an idea of how can clean this load up so it doesn't
continuously give me a number of errors?

Would appreciate any help.

What version of visio did you have installed before you installed
Orchestration Desgin?
