Problem with Covast Accelerator
|
|
|
| Hi,
I have a serious problem and no idea how to solve it. I installed
Biztalk Server 2004 and afterwards Covast EDI Accelerator 2004.
Unfortunatelly, if I try to start the EDI Studio I get an error message
number 1030 with the following explanation: the service was not started
or the server localhost is not available. So far so good BUT the Covast
EDI service is running and localhost is also available so why EDI
Studio doesn't allow me to work with it??? Please help me, I have
really no idea what went wrong The installation was performed on
Windows Server 2003. Has somebody maybe encountered a similar problem??
I got stuck and I will be really grateful for any help.
best regards,
Ania

| It's been a long time since I worked with the Covast adaptor, but I had a
similar problem and it was because the user I was logged in as wasn't a
member of the right group.
I hope this can guide you in the right direction.

| Anek,
If you purchased the accelerator from Covast, you should be able to get
support from Covast by calling them. They should be able to help identify
what the problem is.
