Error from EDI SubSystem

| David Li 2004-05-30, 10:46 am |
| Hi,
I am using Biztalk 2004 to process inbound flatfile to outbound EDI
X12 810. The messages are processed successfully with the expected EDI
output. However I keep on get the following error once per minute for
each and every one of the messages I sent. Any idea what is wrong?
Error encountered: ERROR (1030), interchangenr 10004 :
COM_SendMessage(): Cant make a connection to BizTalk for document
#10012. Errorcode is -1030 ()
For more information, see Help and Support Center at

Thanks
David

| Hi,
I looked through support instances and I found another person with same
problem
Hotfix mentioned in following article resolved the problem
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...KB;EN-US;870996
Thanks,
Dilip

| Hi,
I have the exact same problem - only the document is an EDIFACT document in
my case. I have installed the hotfix you have suggested PLUS I installed a
similar hotfix (when the first didn't work). The second one is described in
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...KB;EN-US;872780
Are there other possible solutions?
Regards,
Morten

| Hi,
Not all the environments are same, in your environment if that fixed your
problem, then that was the right solution.
