Anyone using the Covast EDI Accelerator? We had a problem this morning were
yesterday we were testing a new purchase order and it blew up in biztalk
because of the file name structure, the funny thing is that later that night
good files came in and for some reason Covast and biztalk generated about 950
files of the same type in out tracking web page they were all named the same
but had different doc types here is the event log that we got.
The description for Event ID ( 24 ) in Source ( Covast EDI Accelerator 2004
- Subsystem ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary
registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this
description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is
part of the event: ERROR (2188) :
<Description for error (2188) cannot be found. Please refer to the Trouble
Shooting Guide for this description>

Any suggestions??!!

i have emailed Covast and thier no help!!

Covast is never any help. Decent product... but when they get your $
the support and documentation is non-existent.
