Having a situation where the administration and message manager gives
timeout when saving changes.

The information can be retrieved from the database, but cannot be saved all
the time. This happens at irregular intervals.

Processing incomming data keeps running, only when trying to save
configuration causes the system to hang and present timeouts after 30
seconds. Anyone ever encoutered it?

BizTalk 2002 enterprise, sqlserver enterprise, fully patched.
