Hey everyone,
I've run into a problem here with developer workstations. They're
running Windows XP Professional with SP2. After getting everything
installed for BizTalk Server 2004, if a machine is rebooted or cold
booted, when the prompt for the Windows login comes up, it takes
forever to get through "Applying Computer Settings" before it actually
gets to the prompt where I can type in my Windows User Name and
Password. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you
fix it? FYI all these development workstations run SQL Server 2000
locally and act as the Master Secret Server.

Thanks,
Bob
