| I have a WSE send port. When i add new web methods to my webservice they do
not work unless i refresh the wsdl file in the send port. Does anyone know
where biztalk is caching the wsdl file.

| It isn't caching the WSDL - it is using the WSDL to generate the Schemas,
MultipartMessage types and Port Types.
You can create these by hand if you'd like - you just have to get the syntax
correct.
Also - the adapter wizard puts an entry in the policyCache.xml file, which
you need to do as well.
