impossible to see Receive Locations and Send Ports : error

| Hi all!
I've an huge problem on Biztalk server 2004 about the receive locations and
the send ports.
When I use BizTalk Administration i cannot see anymore all my Rec.Loc and
ports and an error like this appears every time:
" Could not retrieve transport type data for Primary Transport of Send Port
'CorrelationId' from config store. Both SSO Servers (Primary='srv01' and
Backup='srv02') failed. Backup server failure: Exception from HRESULT:
0xC0002A0A. "
I've already tried DTCping and DTCtest for testing connection with the DB
servers , and all of them were successful.
All of this happened when I installed the service pack1 of windows 2003 on
the first node of the DB cluster, i've tried to uninstall the sp1 but the
problem is still here.
The 2 biztalk servers are on Windows2003EE with sp1.
I dont know what to do, if u know a workaround please tell me what i could do!
Thanks!
p.s.: sorry for my bad english, bye.

| Vencenzo,
Windows 2003 SP1 has enhanced DTC authentication enabled by default. Its
likely that the DTC authentication required by the SQL Server is different
than what is required on the BizTalk server.
Try synchronizing them to 'No Authentication' required. If that works, then
try synching them to 'Mutual Authentication' required.
The MSDN article here lists some of the changes and what the settings mean:

Vencenzo,
Windows 2003 SP1 has enhanced DTC authentication enabled by default. Its
likely that the DTC authentication required by the SQL Server is different
than what is required on the BizTalk server.
Goto your DTC settings on each server and verify their authentication
settings. Get there through Administrative Tools | Component Services.
Drill down into Component Services | My Computer properties | MSDTC tab |
Security Configuration button.
Try synchronizing them to 'No Authentication' required. If that works, then
try synching them to 'Mutual Authentication' required.
The MSDN article here lists some of the changes and what the settings mean:

| It was a problem with the DTC, I had to remove and rebuild the MSDTC Resource
in the the database cluster group.
I restarted the 2 biztalk servers and now the send ports and receive
locations are now available...
thanks a lot!
