MOM mgmt pack for Biztalk 2006 not e-mailing alerts

Hi all

Not sure where best to post this so trying it here...

I dont normally deploy management packs on our MOM server - but as my
colleague is away I have added the Biztalk 2006 mgmt pack and pointed it to
our MOM server. I can now see the mgmt pack on the BTS server's add\remove
programs list, so its been deployed. To test that its working i've stopped
the BTS host service and the alerts are appearing in the MOM operator console
as critical errors. But i'm not getting e-mail alerts... i get e-mail alerts
for other mom mgmt packs (sql, etc) so i know e-mail alerts does work on the
server... i wonder what i need to do to get them for BTS??

Can anyone assist?
