Biztalk 2006 Installation & Configuration on Win XP Pro

Hi, I am installing Biztalk 2006 on Win XP Pro SP2 with SQL Server 2005 and
Visual Studio 2005 on same machine. Installation is completed but when i go
for Biztalk Configuration it gives me error when it configures GROUP. Error
is below:

Failed to deploy system assembly "C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server
2006\Microsoft.BizTalk.GlobalPropertySchemas.dll".

Review the pre-requisites of installation with following documentation:
