I'm getting the following error on a processing server. Any idea why
this is happening? Could it be load related?

[0x0158] The server could not obtain either the "IPipelineComponent" or
"IBTSAppIntegration" interfaces from the BizTalk Server application
integration component with CLSID
"{5005B3B7-8C2C-4459-969E-BC906A48DD1F}".

[0x800706bb] The RPC server is too busy to complete this operation.

[0x0156] The server could not finish processing messaging port
"IMG-RDX-PT To HTTP-CE".

[0x1730] Suspended Queue ID: "{D0206038-C8E7-4906-B626-58DA34C298C5}"
