Hello, I've tried searching for this info, but couldn't find an answer.

We've got several BTS 2004 applications, on separate servers, all
sharing one BTS SQL MessageBox (and associated) database.

We want to introduce a new BTS 2006 application (on a new server) - can
it share the same SQL databases? (Can we mix BTS 2004 and 2006
applications? Are the database structures compatible?)

thanks,
Oliver

Hi,

It's not possible to do this, as there's been changes in the databases from
04 to 06. You can create another BizTalk group for your 06 boxes on the same
SQL server if you use different database names.

Regards,

Alan
