Biztalk 2006 - Tutorial 2, Lesson 5, step 1

I am trying to build the Orchestration project and get the error

Error 1 'POConfirmed_Instance': if shared data is updated in a parallel
then all references in every task must be in a synchronized or atomic
scope C:\Tutorial\Lessons\B2BSolution\B2
BOrchestrations\B2BProcess.odx 302 26

Can someone help please?
