I ran the configFramework.exe /u command. Having done this before on my
own machine, I knew to delete the databases. However, I did the process
the wrong way round i.e. I deleted the databases, then ran
configFramework.exe /u. Now it will not let me back in to run
ConfigFramework.exe again.

Is there a workaround for this. I really want to avoid having to
install the product again.

I presume you are running BTS 2004?
Here is what you can try.

- Delete all the reg keys under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Bi
zTalk Server\3.0\Administration
except for SQLScriptPath.
- Delete all the keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Bi
zTalk
Server\3.0\ConfigFramework

This shoudl bring you to an unconfigured state.
