Two options:

1) quick and dirty database edit - look for the dbo.NSProtocolFields table
in your NS instance database. You'll find the email address in there and
you can change it by hand.

2) probably the more correct and supported way - find your NS application in
the management studio and right-click to export to editor. This will give
you an XML file that you can edit. you can find the email address in here
and edit it, then use the following command at the command line to update
the application:

nscontrol.exe update -in <configfile you edited>

HTH,
Matt

Hi Matt,

I went in to my database and found one table NSProtocols and that table has
only two cloumn and none of them is email one. I can see only the Protocol

Have you restarted the notification service? It is possible there is some
caching going on there. Otherwise, I'd try option 2 from my original reply
to see if that fixe it. It may be stored in different/multiple places.

Matt
