Problem in Unenlist Send Port

Hi
can anyone please let me know about the following issue:
I uninstalled a schema using "Add remove programs" which is used by one of
the BizTalk Application.
Now when i try to Undeploy the BizTalk application using NANT, it is
throwing error like:-
Could not Unenlist Send Port.A datebase failure occured due to an unexpected
failure.

I tried to unenlist the send port from the management console but it is
throwing the above error.

Please can any one suggest me how to go about it?
