Uninstall BizTalk Server 2004 Service Pack

Hello, I've just uninstalled BizTalk Server 2004 on my server. However, the
service packs are still there (Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Service Pack).
When I try to remove it I get the error: An unexpected internal error has
occurred.

What should I do? Can I use msiexec somehow?
