We are working on the new Biz Talk project with .net 2.0. I would like
to know the Best practices of the Biz talk server 2006 for the brand
new implementaion.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi Ankem,

There's a couple of good resources:

Developers Guide to Troubleshooting BizTalk Server 2006
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/biztalk/default.aspx

This has some best practices for developemnt and is a gold mine for
troubleshooting.

and

Developing Integration Solutions with BizTalk Server 2004
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms942199.aspx

This is mostly relevant for 2006, you will have to think about partitioning
your deployement into multiple applications in 2006.
