Installation problems in Biztalk Developer 2004

| Hi All.
I am trying to install Biztalk 2004 developer edition and I am running into this problem : "Setup was unable to call the presetup script". Is there anything I am missing?. I have Windows 2000 server with .NET 1.1 and meeting all the System Requirements.

| Actually the complete error which I am getting while installing is Error = c:\depot4000\jupiter\source\private\comm
on\setup\wizard\exe\setup.cpp(1062): FAILED hr = 80004005
Any ideas on this?.
