Lawrence,

This is not a supported configuration by MS.
I tested it myself, the problem is the new native client from SQL2005.
If you have a previous installation of BTS2004 / SQL2000 and do the
migration to SQL2005 it will work (except for anything related to the
OLAP portion - BAM and others).

Again - It's not supported by MS, I would recommend setting another box
just to carry tests with SQL2005
