Hello,

I got the "Internal Error 2337" while installing BTS2004 (the SSO part in
fact).
I can't solve the problem by installing SSO with the sso.msi on the CD ...

Does anyone know this problem?

There is a thread farther down about SSO using the configframework install
-- "An unexpected error occured while configuring..." -- that could be
related to what you're experiencing. So far we haven't gotten an answer.
