Author Error 1722 on reinstall on a windows 2003

I have a install of BTS 2002 sp1 go bad. I tried to
unstall BTS 2002. Now I get a 1722 on a reinstall. I do
not see any namespace "MicrosoftBizTalkServer" in the
root. Is there something I can do?

Frank - I found the KB article that talks about the exact error you
mentioned.
