Configuration Error Biztalk 2004

| The install of Biztalk 2004 completes fine, Configuration
wizard opens and we configure all items, and click OK.
During the "Currently Configuring Biztalk Host Creation"
I get an error window which states "The Network Path was
not found." Retry or Canel Retry returns same error,
cancel rolls back.
Log show's Error BtsCfg
C:\depot4000\jupiter\source\private\moza
rt\source\setup\
btscfg\btswmi.cpp(758): Failed hr=80070035
Error BtsCfg The network path was not found"
Has anyone come across this error ? All prereq's are on
as per install doc.

Please make sure the Remote Registry Service is running.
