| SSO is a prerequisite to BizTalk Server. It is not only a way to map
credentials between backend systems but also provides BizTalk Server with a
very secure storage for sensitive data.
Kind regards,

| Are you sure it is available for exclusion during setup? Don't see
immediately why this was done... MS, anyone?

| SSO is in the tree for an SSO-only install. If you uncheck it, you still
get the service with the runtime.
