| Tried to replace beta version version of BTS 2004 with Developer Edition version but ran into a configuration problem. When running the configuration wizard, it stops with the error "The network path was not found" while configuring the BizTalk host.
Tried to use both local account and domain account for BTS services - same result.
Both local account and domain account are administrators on the machine. The SQL Server is
located on the same machine. Machine is running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Also, the exact setting
worked fine with the beta version (ERC 4712).

The RTM version is 4902, as you can see there is a big gap between 4712 and
4902. I strongly recommend to reinstall Biztalk with the clean machine. In
regards to the error message, I found a knowledge base that talks about the
same error message, please click the following URL to see the KB:

Hope this helps,
Regards,
ari (MS)
