I am failing to register the Biztalk Server on the
BASsite. The error I receive in the Event Log is:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was
unable to process request. --->
System.IO.FileNotFoundException. File or assembly name
ymv-ljmh.dll, or one of it's dependencies, was not found.

My setup is all on Windows 2003 Enterprise configured as
a Domain Controller.

Any assistance will be welcome.

Are you using RTM build? There is no such a file as ymv-ljmh.dll.
