Please check the installation guide in regards to Software Requirements.
msdart.dll is included in MDAC and if you are not running Win2003 Server,
you need MDAC 2.8.

Hi,
I encountered an error:“The procedure entry point GetTextExtentPointI
could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.dll” while
configuring the BizTalk after installing. None of BizTalk database was
created because the connection failed. When I tried to establish the
connection I got the same error again. Any hint? Thanks.
