Provider load failure RuleEngineConfig initial installation BTS 2004

| Hi,
During our initial BTS installation te RulEnigineConfig fails. Below I included the output of the logfile. At the end there's our receipe to succesfully install BTS 2004. Unit now, it worked all the time.
Any help is appreciated!

| If reusing the same SQL box as a previous install, the SID of the REUpdate
service might be stale in SQL. Try deleting it.
