Biztalk connectivity problem

| Hello,
We're having problems with our Biztalk Server setup. According to the AM
team, the Biztalk Environment worked
properly before (a couple of weeks ago), but now it doesn't. We have Biztalk
set up on a Windows 2003 WE server,
with the Biztalk databases located on another server (clustered). The
database server runs MS SQL Server 2000
with latest SP, and the OS is Windows 2003 EE. When opening Biztalk
Messaging Manager and trying to do a search,
the following error message appear:
"You are not authorized to access Microsoft Biztalk Server 2002".
The event log contains several events with the following data:
An error occurred in BizTalk Server.
Details:
------------------------------
[0x8004d01c] A connection with the transaction manager was lost.
[0x1705] There was a failure creating the internal work item. Make sure
that SQL Server is running.
[0x1705] There was a failure creating the internal work item. Make sure
that SQL Server is running.
The only change we've done on the servers is applying security updates,
could this affect the connectivity?
DTCPing works fine. Network DTC access is enabled on both machines. The
Biztalk COM+ components are configured
to run under a user (with administrative privilegies) other than interactive
user. We experience the same problem
in an identical environment.
Need your help with this one.
Thanks,
Björn

| Try DTCTester. The transaction coordinator might be busted on the cluster.
