| If you don't use IIS the following will be unavailable.
BAS - As it uses Sharepoint which itself needs ISI
HWS - Human workflow requires IIS.
SOAP/HTTP Receieve locations cannot be defined.
Biztalk won't be able to send SMTP using the localhost
because SMTP requires IIS, this is not normally a problem
as the SMTP server is usually a dedicated machine on the
network.

Servers) that runs with Biztalk 2004 with an Oracle
adapter (I-Way). We are not using Human Workflow Service
or BAM or BAS. I would like to know if it is possible to
install Biztalk 2004 without installing IIS and if so,
what services or components become unavailable. I realize
that installing IIS isn't a big deal and comes with W2k
but the client and the company hosting the production
environment seem to have issues with IIS.
