Is VS .Net needed on the Biztalk Server 2004 or just on the developers
workstations?

Hi Harrison,

It's just needed on the developer's machine. On the production server you
will need to use the BizTalk Administration Console to start/stop receive
and send locations or to unenlist/enlist orchestrations.
As for deploying/undeploying assemblies, you would use the BTS Deployment
Wizard. Does that answer your question.
