Hi Mark,
Have you checked your Event Log to see if there are any more details in
there?

Hi Mark,

It`s hard to tell what`s actually causing the problem without the ERROR
messages from the Config.log file, so here`s a few questions that needs
to be answered:

1. What kind of message is displayed to you by configframework when the
error occurs?
2. Is the user a member of the SSO Administrators group?
3. Is MSDTC configured after XP SP2 was installed? More info on this
here: http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;841893
4. Are there any messages in the eventlog?

If you could find the error section of the config log file and post it
here, that would also help a lot.

HTH,
Asbjørn

Asbjorn,

Thanks for the response it has solved the problem.

After I followed the steps in the support article and then rerunning the
configuration wizard everything worked.

Thanks for the quick response and help.

Marcie - thanks for your response also!
