Another Addendum.

I used the 'messages' sample from the SDK and sent a few simple messages to
the biztalk server and it replied with 'success', so I am assuming that the
Messaging Adapter is working. Unfortunately, most of the samples appear to
assume your developing against a 'all in wonder' box instead of a remote
server so using the samples is probably testing my ability to read source
code and vbs deploy scripts instead of testing for proper configuration.
