I'm getting an Access Denied message when going through the setup.
I'm on XP Pro installing the Developer edition. The log files says
the exact same thing as my subject.

I'm only running it on XP for development purposes, otherwise I
wouldn't mess with it. The SSO service is running and the BTS account
is an administrator so there are no security issues there. I enabled
and RPC configuration and I no longer get the Access Denied error. I
now get this error instead.

[7:49:39 AM Error BtsCfg] Failed to persist custom transport
configuration into SSO store. Make sure the Enterprise Single Sign-On
Windows service is started.
Cannot perform encryption because the secret is not available from the
master secret server. See the event log for related errors.
