installer bugs in biztalk 2k4 ?!

| i am using window 2k3 enterprise server sp1 rc,
while install biztalk 2k4 it always check for Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1
Hotfix KB834280
but i have already applied the framework 1.1 sp1 which included the kb834280
fix.
so = installed failed...
how can i get it install?
or by pass this checking !?

| It could be if you have MS.NET 2.0, that MS said is unsupported situation,
but in fact is bug in installer. See my post in this NG somewhere bellow how
I've done it.
