I'm getting the following errors while installing
biztalk server 2004 developer edition

Package 'Biztalk Project Package' has failed to load properly(
GUID={......}). Please contact vendor for assistance . Would
you like to disable loading this package in the future?
you may use 'devenv /resetskippkgs' to re-enamble package loading.
Application restart is recommended due to possible environment corruption

I'm installing form a fresh MSDN universall license copy of Biztalk .
what should i do to resolve this issue?

Did you have VS open at the time BTS was being installed ?
