Hello,
I am installing BizTalk 2k4 as a stand alone on a web
server in a two machine domain. It is not going on the
DC. I've reached the portion in the Configuration Wizard
which configures the Windows Service accounts. A number
of them do not have valid credentials. I have created a
local user which I would like these services to run
under. When I attempt to edit and add the Service and
add the user, I'm given an error that states that either
there is an invalid username or password. I have made
sure the account is active. Are there any
rights/permissions that I need to assign the user? The
only user that will work it seems is the domain admin
which is not what I want to do. Any ideas?

Hi, I submitted this question a week ago and am still having trouble getting
around this roadblock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

Just want to clear up some things...

These are domain accounts? If so, you of course are entering them as
DOMAIN\account I assume?

Can you send/post the partial config log located in the %temp% directory
named Config (date/time).log?
