I am installting Biztalk 2004 Enterprise Edition on Windows 2000, that
already has Visual Studio .NET 2003 and SQL Server 2000 which are working
perfectly fine. The error is

---------------------------
Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Installation Wizard
---------------------------
Error 5003.Regsvcs failed for assembly C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk
Server 2004\Microsoft.BizTalk.Deployment.dll. Return code 1.
---------------------------
Can anyone please help me with this ?
Thanks,
Ahmad.

When I tried to register the dll ' C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server
2004\Microsoft.BizTalk.Deployment.dll' manually ( through command promt ) . I
got this error.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server
2004\Microsoft.BizTalk.Deployment.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer
entry point was not found.

DllRegistryServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of C:\Program
Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004\Microsoft.BizTalk.Deployment.dll may be
in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it.

Please help me out of this ...

Thanks,
Ahmad.

Ahmad,
One thing to check for is using the assembly dependency tool to make sure
that all dependent assemblies are present, you can use the adepends tool
that is part of visual studio sdk, from
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1\Tool Developers
Guide\Samples>
